A- We offer Free standard shipping on orders over $50 shipping in the U.S. Other prices are calculated based on location. Feel free to add the items into your cart and calculate at checkout.

A- No, we include a packing slip which states the items needed to complete the order. There is no pricing on the packing slips. Some items however, may have pricing on them. If your order is a gift, please be sure to let us know so that we make sure to remove all prices.

A- If you canceled your order after we charged your card, you will receive a refund in a timely manner however, please check to make sure it is in fact a charge. The "charge" you may be seeing on your account may be just a pending authorization that will drop in a few business days from when the order was placed.
A- Taxes are applicable only in New York. We charge 8.88% (rounded) on orders shipping within New York State.
A- Your order must be over $50 for free standard shipping.
A- We try our best to ship orders out the same or next business day so long as all items are in stock. Should there be any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee! Should you wish to return unused merchandise for any reason you may do so within 30 calendar days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit or refund. We will not accept any merchandise after 30 days of receiving your item/s. All refunds will be made in the same form used for the original purchase. Please note, if you are returning an order that received a free gift, you must return the free gift or the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. This includes free gift boxes, bags etc. We stand by our merchandise! All claims regarding damages or orders filled incorrectly (missing items, wrong color/size) must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, we will not be responsible for claims made after this period. ***All replacements and shipping associated with damage claims must be made with original shipping address on order. Our guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use. Shipping fees involved in sending the original item and in making a return will not be refunded or reimbursed unless the return is required as the result of our own error. If your order received free shipping but the order amount falls below the free shipping minimum after the return, the full shipping charge for sending the original item will be deducted from the refund. If you are returning a complete order that received free shipping you will receive a refund of the merchandise total, less our actual shipping costs. This website does not cover costs associated with international returns and exchanges. If your return is for an exchange or store credit, the original shipping charges will not be deducted. Engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. Items stating final sale are non returnable under any circumstances.

A- No, you are supposed to receive an email confirmation of your order once the order is placed. First check your cart to make sure the order was in fact placed. Next, check your spam folder for your order confirmation and if it's not in there either, contact us and we will be happy to find your order and adjust your email in case it was typed incorrectly.
